JD Campaign Lead – New Customer Acquisition
Role Overview
Responsible for end-to-end customer acquisition strategy, campaign operations and sales support across regions. Lead teams, manage vendors & call centre performance, optimise input allocation and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Campaign Managers & Floor Managers.
- Identify and onboard new data sources for customer acquisition.
- Vendor management – onboarding, billing, input quality & cost control.
- Manage call centre productivity and ensure optimum data utilisation.
- Maintain cost per input and cost per acquisition within targets.
- Ensure compliance with Distance Marketing & TRAI guidelines.
- Input management through PFA & D2FSC; monitor daily run rate & allocation.
- Drive WRP & VNB achievement for various geographies.
- Provide strategic inputs to sales teams to improve efficiency.
- Drive product mix, persistency, F2F, conversion & issuance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Maintain data security and governance across all campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong analytical ability; Excel proficiency is mandatory.
- Experience in campaign management/call centre operations preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication & team management skills.
- Ability to optimise processes, manage costs and drive efficiencies.
