Position Overview:
Ratna Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our dedicated sales support team. The Tele Caller will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication with potential clients, nurturing leads, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department. We are searching for an individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and at least 2 years of experience in sales support within the real estate sector.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our residential properties and services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for property viewings with the Sales Executives.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and interactions.
- Provide accurate information about our properties and address client inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and efficient follow-up on leads.
- Assist in coordinating sales events and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A customer-centric attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
