Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive(Inside Sales) to support our sales growth. The role involves engaging with prospective customers through calls, understanding their requirements, presenting product offerings, and converting qualified leads into subscription-based sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or subscription plans
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as required
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
