A Hospital Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead drives end-to-end recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical roles, focusing on hiring high-quality healthcare talent within defined timelines. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, talent pipeline development, employer branding, compliance (NABH/JCI), and leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to reduce time-to-fill and costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for doctors, nurses, paramedics, and support staff.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads, medical directors, and HR to forecast hiring needs.
- Talent Sourcing & Selection: Lead headhunting efforts for critical roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the hospital’s reputation in the market to attract top medical professionals.
- Compliance & Metrics: Adhere to NABH/JCI regulations and maintain recruitment analytics (TAT, cost-per-hire).
- Onboarding & Process Improvement: Streamline recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate onboarding experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, with significant experience in hospital or healthcare talent acquisition.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in ATS systems, advanced MS Excel, strong negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
