Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with inquiries and support requests
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain customer records and update call details
- Follow up with customers when required
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication
