product designed to meet the evolving needs of retail and affluent investors. Our aim is to blend tradition

We invite dynamic, finance-aware graduates and young professionals with up to 3 years’ experience to join
our sales team. Candidates with an appetite to learn, a keenness to understand diverse financial instruments,

Role Objective
To independently generate client leads, build strong investor relationships, and achieve targets by
positioning Where2Invest’s new investment product alongside other financial offerings in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new client leads for investment and financial products.
- Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions such as Mutual
Funds, Fixed Deposits (FDs), Bonds, NPS, PMS, AIFs, and other investment products.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing regular support and portfolio
updates.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, client onboarding, and
transaction support.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in investor awareness programs, webinars, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with company policies and regulatory
guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, or related fields. MBA in
Finance/Marketing is desirable.
- Experience: 1–2 years in sales of financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds,
Insurance, or Banking assets. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets preferred.
- Finance Knowledge: Thorough exposure to investment distribution and ability to explain product
features to both retail and high-net-worth individuals.
- Certifications: NISM certifications (Mutual Fund VA, Equity Derivatives VIII, Research Analyst XV,
Investment Adviser XA & XB, etc.) will be given preference.
Skills Required:
- Strong financial acumen with client-facing confidence
- Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills
- Relationship management with both individuals and corporate clients
- Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Good MS Excel / CRM knowledge for maintaining sales records
