Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and route them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security check-in/out process
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
- Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams for visitor arrangements and office requirements
- Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Experience
- 0–3 years experience in front office / receptionist / customer service roles preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
