About the Role
Shree Sairam Paints Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee coordination, and general HR administration. Candidates with good communication skills, willingness to learn, and interest in HR functions are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various departments
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local hiring channels
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and department heads
- Maintain employee records, attendance details, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, leave, attendance, and general queries
- Maintain recruitment tracker and employee database
- Support payroll inputs, leave records, and attendance data if required
- Assist in employee engagement and HR administrative activities
- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth joining process
- Support statutory and compliance-related documentation as guided by management
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle employee records and confidential information
- Basic computer knowledge in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-working ability
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBA / MLM / MSW
- Experience: Freshers can apply / candidates with 1 year of HR experience preferred
- Good communication in Tamil and basic English preferred
- Candidates from Hosur or nearby locations will be an added advantage
