Job Purpose
The GM – Accessories will head the end-to-end Maruti Genuine Accessories (MGA) and aftermarket business across all outlets of Rukmani Motors, with Indore as the central hub. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining optimal stock inventory across multiple warehouses, managing vendor relationships, and leading a high-performing accessories sales team to maximize the per-car accessory attachment ratio for Arena, Nexa, and True Value channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Sales Performance
- Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual accessories sales targets.
- Maximize profitability by focusing on high-margin products and custom lifestyle packages for new car buyers.
- Design and implement localized promotional campaigns, festive offers, and display schemes across the Indore showroom and extended outlets.
- Monitor performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) including revenue per vehicle, stock turn rates, and penetration percentage.
2. Operations & Inventory Management
- Oversee central and secondary warehouse procurement, ensuring stock levels are perfectly balanced to meet demand without over-capitalizing.
- Supervise parts auditing, inventory control, and implement measures to completely mitigate shrinkage or dead stock.
- Coordinate directly with Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) territory managers for regular stock replenishment and compliance with MSIL guidelines.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Incentive Management
- Work closely with the GM Sales, Showroom Managers, and Team Leaders to integrate accessory pitches early into the vehicle delivery workflow.
- Structure and audit "Spot" and "Main" performance incentive schemes for the sales executives, accessories executives, and back-office staff to keep morale high.
- Collaborate with the workshop and service departments to ensure seamless installation quality and minimize post-delivery customer complaints.
Job Specifications & Qualifications
CriteriaRequirementsEducationGraduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automotive Retail Management.
Experience10 to 15+ years of hardcore experience in automobile accessories or spare parts operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership/regional management role.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
