We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles. The role focuses on sourcing quality talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting our rapid project delivery needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social platforms, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial evaluations
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines for software development, cloud, infrastructure, and support roles
- Manage offer rollouts and documentation
- Track hiring metrics and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Requirements
- Experience in IT recruitment or familiarity with tech roles
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements at once
- Quick learner with a proactive sourcing approach
- Knowledge of ATS tools is a plus
