About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electronics Engineer with hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Embedded Systems, PCB Design, and Electric Vehicle (EV) Wiring. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of innovative electronic systems for electric vehicle applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot embedded electronic systems for EV applications.
- Design and validate PCB layouts, schematics, and prototypes.
- Develop, review, and optimize electrical wiring harnesses for electric vehicles.
- Perform testing, debugging, and validation of electronic circuits and embedded hardware.
- Collaborate with mechanical, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless product integration.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and electrical issues during manufacturing and production.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and engineering reports.
- Support prototype development, product improvements, and new product introduction (NPI).
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for field and production issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Embedded Systems and microcontroller-based applications.
- Hands-on experience in PCB Design, circuit development, and debugging.
- Experience with Electric Vehicle Wiring, wiring harness design, and electrical integration.
- Good understanding of analog and digital electronics.
- Familiarity with testing instruments such as Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, and Power Supplies.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on Electric Vehicle (EV) products or automotive electronics.
- Knowledge of PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or OrCAD.
- Familiarity with embedded programming concepts and communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN.
- Understanding of automotive standards and manufacturing processes.
- Exposure to advanced embedded systems and automotive electronics projects.
