Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-centric, articulate, and highly organized Customer Service Executiveto join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in shaping the patient and visitor experience. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional communication skills with strong administrative capabilities to ensure our daily operations run seamlessly and every individual feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Front-Desk & Relationship Management: Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, manage the front-desk area, and handle all incoming inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, and emails).
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate, book, and reschedule appointments using our management software, ensuring optimal scheduling and minimal wait times.
Billing & Billing Administration: Handle daily cash and digital billing transactions, issue receipts, and manage basic day-to-day accounts accurately.
Patient Coordination: Follow up with patients regarding their schedules, collect feedback, and gently address any concerns or grievances to ensure a high satisfaction rate.
Data Management: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date digital and physical patient records.
Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate closely with our clinical/technical staff to ensure smooth patient transitions and a well-managed daily flow.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
