Seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with expertise in core HR processes, EC configuration, and implementation.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
- Configure organizational structures, workflows, business rules, position management, and employee data management.
- Work with clients to understand HR business requirements.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Coordinate integrations with payroll and third-party applications.
- Conduct user training and documentation.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.
- Minimum 2+ end-to-end Employee Central implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and EC framework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
