Advanta Digital is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, manage social media accounts, interact with our audience, and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop creative captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop content strategies.
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content planning tools is an advantage.
