Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing orders and business relationship with existing key accounts -remaining in constant touch with account managers and ensuring increased business transactions
- Other responsibilities include all sorts of internal and external coordination for the smooth functioning of the business
- Role also involves a part of business development, i.e. bringing new key accounts on board, or converting potential clients
- Managing and being responsible for direct reporting of the team including but not limited to promoters, sales executives and merchandisers
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls email Marketing, Marketing Research, online lead generation
- Preparing MIS reports and sending to the management
- The candidate may be required to travel in NCR for meeting prospective new client and attend exhibitions / events
Candidate Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer relations/business development.
- Strong negotiation & analytical skills (Advanced Excel).
- Excellent communication English required.
- knowledge of regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati etc.) is a plus.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
