Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and experience in handling electrical systems in real estate/construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, and supervise electrical systems for residential and commercial projects
Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors
Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of electrical work
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions
Maintain project documentation and reports
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
2–5 years of experience in real estate or construction projects preferred
