Job Summary
Delight Hospitality is looking for a highly driven and hands-on Cluster Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of three hotel properties under the group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth hotel operations across all departments, maintaining high guest satisfaction standards, driving operational efficiency, and supporting revenue growth across the portfolio.
This role requires a strong leader who can independently manage multiple properties, build disciplined teams, maintain SOPs, and ensure consistent service standards across all hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of all three hotel properties under Delight Hospitality
- Ensure smooth functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, Security, and Guest Services
- Maintain operational consistency and service quality across all hotels
- Ensure hotels are guest-ready at all times with high cleanliness and upkeep standards
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest reviews, and operational performance
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure seamless guest experience aligned with business and boutique hospitality standards
- Handle guest complaints, escalations, and service recovery professionally and promptly
- Improve guest satisfaction scores and online reputation across OTA platforms
- Ensure VIP guest handling and personalized guest service standards are maintained
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Recruit, supervise, train, and manage operational staff across all properties
- Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and operational audits
- Ensure staff discipline, grooming, punctuality, and SOP compliance
- Build a strong ownership-driven and service-oriented team culture
- Coordinate with third party HR's for staffing requirements and manpower planning
Revenue & Cost Control
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy trends, and operational revenue performance
- Work closely with reservations and sales teams to optimize room revenue
- Ensure cost control measures across housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, and procurement
- Support budgeting, vendor negotiations, and operational expense management
- Maintain operational profitability without compromising guest experience
Property Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors for property upkeep
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed across all hotels
- Monitor quality of outsourced services and vendor performance
- Ensure smooth functioning of all utilities, equipment, and guest facilities
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, fire, and statutory requirements
- Maintain operational records, audits, and departmental checklists
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management
- Conduct regular property inspections and operational audits
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably handling multiple properties or business hotels
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest handling skills
- Ability to multitask and manage operational pressure across multiple locations
- Experience with hotel PMS systems, OTA operations, and reservations management
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations, service standards, and operational discipline

Compensation
Pay: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance based incentives)
