Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor baristas and front-of-house staff. Foster a positive work environment and lead team meetings.
- Customer Service: Ensure every guest receives a welcoming and high-quality experience. Proactively address customer feedback and resolve complaints.
- Inventory & Supplies: Track stock levels for coffee beans, dairy, syrups, and packaging. Manage supplier relationships and place timely orders.
- Financial Oversight: Manage daily cash handling, track daily sales, and monitor budgets. Optimize profit margins by controlling labor and supply costs.
- Quality Control: Ensure coffee extraction, food preparation, and presentation meet the cafe’s exact standards.
- Health & Safety: Strictly enforce sanitation, hygiene, and food safety regulations throughout the premises.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
