Engineering Manager
Academic Qualifications : B.E /M E (Mechanical Eng.)
Experience : Profile Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive
industry with expertise in electromechanical devices.
Responsibilities Project Supervision & Technical Support:
- Oversee and support engineering projects within the local site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery.
- Provide guidance on technical risks and escalate issues when required.
- Support estimating, bidding and early project consultation.
- Conduct quality checks and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a technical escalation point for the team.
Team Management & Coaching:
- Lead and support the local Mechanical Design & Engineering team.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, check-ins and performance discussions.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and career development support.
- Facilitate training, skills development and employee growth.
- Manage time sheets, expenses and system approvals.
- Support resource planning and scheduling.
- Represent the team in local leadership forums Competencies

Proficiency in 3D software such as CREO
Excellent knowledge on GD&T and DFMEA
Experience managing or leading technical teams with a collaborative, emotionally intelligent approach.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
