Responsibility Deliverable
1. Answering the calls and directing them to the specified person.
2. Keeping track of all the hospitality staff as well as collecting all the maintenance bills of the organization building and deliver them to the concerned person.
3. Maintaining the front desk by being present at it all the time and tack the people coming in and going out of the organization building.
4. Clear and timely updating of the student records in CRM
Tasks & Activities
1. Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
2. Greet and welcome guests and clients.
3. Answer questions and address complaints
4. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
5. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
6. Monitor office supplies.
7. Keep updated records and files.
8. Maintain office expenses and costs.
9. Take up other duties as assigned (schedules etc.)
10. Assign country-wise walk-ins to respective counselors
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
