EXPERIENCE - MIN 5 YEARS OF EXP IN ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT
Job description
* Monitoring & supervision of all accounting activities.
* Thorough knowledge in all basic accounting principles & entry level works.
* Ensure entry of every transaction on daily basis without delay.
* Ensure timely payment of various suppliers & follow up of outstanding debtors.
* Manage & monitor performance of office petty cash system.
* Maintain proper filing system & taking care of all types of files & records.
* Preparation & submission of statutory payments & returns such as GST,TDS & Income tax before due date.
* Maintenance of financial security & stability.
* Monitoring all bank transactions on daily basis. Interacting with bank authorities as & when required. Carry out review of financing made by the banks periodically.
* Fulfillment of financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances. initiating corrective actions etc.
* Supervising inventory department to make sure that all received and issuance has recorded properly.
* Preparation of monthly reports & reviewing the financials at the month end & providing valid reasons for the variations.
* Finalization of accounts for auditing, planning, execution & completion of various audit assignments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
