Job Title: Google Ads Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns that drive qualified traffic, leads, and revenue. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PPC advertising, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analysis with a strong focus on maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns by monitoring bids, budgets, ad copies, keywords, and targeting.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign results.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the SEO, Content, Design, and Web Development teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure campaigns comply with Google Ads policies and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on Google Ads features, algorithm updates, and PPC trends.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and PPC campaign management.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience using Google Keyword Planner and Looker Studio.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Google Ads Certification is preferred.
- Experience handling lead generation and e-commerce campaigns is an advantage.
