Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales Closure: Identify and target potential clients (homeowners, architects, builders) through networking, cold calling, and follow-ups to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Client Consultation & Presentations: Meet clients to understand their needs, demonstrate design products/services, and offer tailored design solutions.
- Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare, deliver, and negotiate quotations, contracts, and payment terms to ensure profitability.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with interior design and production teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Relationship Management: Maintain CRM records and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (5-6 years) in sales, preferably within the interior , Commercial PMC Projects or construction industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and capable of working in a team environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
