Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive who will handle company-provided leads, connect with parents, pitch our early childhood development programs, and manage the complete sales cycle from first interaction to successful enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound leads provided by the company.
- Connect with parents and explain Zoodle Kid’s programs and offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Pitch the value of screen-free and holistic early learning solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead qualification, follow-ups, objection handling, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested parents.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding after closure.
- Build strong relationships with parents and ensure a positive experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Ability to explain educational products clearly and confidently
