We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sponsorship & Partnerships Executive to join our DPL Cricket Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in securing sponsorships and building brand partnerships. A passion for cricket and marketing will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential sponsors and brand partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and pitch compelling sponsorship proposals and decks
- Negotiate deals and close partnerships aligned with team goals
- Create customized sponsorship packages based on brand requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships
- Track, analyze, and report sponsorship performance and ROI
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong industry network and ability to connect with decision-makers
- Proven experience in sponsorship acquisition, sales, or partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to create professional and engaging sponsorship decks
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and brand positioning
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in or knowledge of cricket and sports industry
- Prior experience working with sports teams, events, or leagues
