- Experience Requirement: BSc Nursing (Or) MSc Nursing
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Nursing Superintendent in a 100-bedded or larger hospital.
- Must have hands-on experience in NABH accreditation and compliance.
- Proven experience in:
- Implementation of NABH standards and protocols.
- Managing nursing services and hospital operations.
- Conducting internal audits and quality improvement activities.
- Handling infection control practices and patient safety measures.
- Experience in leading a nursing team, including staffing, training, and performance management.
- Prior involvement in NABH audit preparation, documentation, and inspections is mandatory.
