Job Summary
PM Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to manage labour law compliance and administrative functions. The role involves ensuring adherence to statutory regulations, maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Labour Law Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws such as Shops & Establishment Act, Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, and other statutory requirements
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per legal guidelines
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and government authorities for inspections and compliance audits
- Prepare and submit statutory returns within deadlines
- Monitor updates in labour laws and implement necessary changes within the organization
2. General Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and facility management
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office supplies
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and utilities
- Handle travel arrangements and other administrative support tasks
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR labour laws, and administration
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory requirements
