We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Production Executive who can transform ideas into compelling visual stories that engage, inspire, and strengthen our institutional brands. Experience: 2–5 Years
What You'll Do
-Conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos for social media, websites, campaigns, events, admissions, and institutional branding.
-Create engaging reels, promotional videos, student success stories, event highlights, and leadership communication content.
-Collaborate with content, social media, design, and marketing teams to develop impactful visual narratives.
-Handle video production workflows including pre-production, production, and post-production.
-Manage camera operations, lighting, audio recording, and video editing.
-Ensure brand consistency across all video content produced for multiple institutions.
-Stay updated with content trends, platform requirements, and evolving video formats.
-Contribute creative ideas that improve engagement, reach, and storytelling effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Video Production, Videography, or Content Creation.
-Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content creation.
-Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
-Knowledge of camera handling, lighting setups, audio recording, and video editing workflows.
-Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
-Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and visual judgment.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
