Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain business process applications using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
- Design and implement business workflows, human tasks, and case management solutions based on business requirements.
- Deploy, configure, and manage applications on IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
- Troubleshoot workflow, application, and deployment issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Monitor application performance and optimize workflows for reliability and efficiency.
- Integrate IBM BAW applications with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services, JMS, and databases.
- Configure and administer WebSphere Application Server environments, including application deployment, server configuration, and security settings.
- Perform application packaging, deployment, version management, and environment migration.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
- Develop and execute unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze logs and diagnose production issues using WebSphere logs and BAW monitoring tools.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Support production releases and provide post-deployment support.
- Ensure application security, availability, and compliance with organizational standards.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
