Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Fine Arts Tutor to conduct weekend classes for students of varying age groups and skill levels. The ideal candidate should have strong artistic abilities, teaching experience, and the enthusiasm to inspire creativity in learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and structured fine arts sessions on weekends
- Teach various art forms such as drawing, sketching, painting (watercolor, acrylic, etc.), and basic craft techniques
- Develop lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and individual expression among students
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress
- Prepare students for exhibitions, competitions, or portfolio development (if required)
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Manage and organize art materials and tools efficiently
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fine Arts or related field
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of various art techniques and mediums
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students of all age groups
- Patient, creative, and adaptable teaching approach
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with children and beginners
- Knowledge of art history and contemporary art trends
- Ability to conduct workshops or themed sessions
Compensation
- Hourly or Monthly to be discussed in interview
- Based on experience and qualifications
