Job Description:
Blue Tyga, a growing fashion and apparel brand, is looking for an experienced ERP Specialist/Implementer to manage, implement, customize, and support our retail ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Retail ERP solutions, and the ability to train staff and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Retail ERP systems for apparel and fashion operations
- Lead ERP implementation, configuration, and deployment across stores, warehouse, and head office
- Customize and modify ERP modules as per business requirements
- Handle ERP (Sales, Inventory, POS, Purchase, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for ERP enhancements
- Provide end-user training and prepare SOPs, manuals, and training materials
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support data migration, reporting, dashboards, and system optimization
- Ensure system security, data accuracy, and process compliance
- Assist management with IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Retail ERP systems (Fashion/Apparel industry preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of ERPs (Functional or Technical)
- Experience in ERP implementation, customization, and support
- Knowledge of retail processes: POS, Inventory, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production, and Accounting
- Min 1 - 3 Years of experience
- Ability to train staff and provide ongoing user support
- Understanding of basic SQL / Python (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering / MCA / BCAor Related field.
- ERP or Odoo certifications will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Apparel, or Retail industry
- Hands-on experience in multi-store retail ERP environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
