Job Title: Field Service Technician/Executive
Location: Gurugram
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Field Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling on-ground service requests, ensuring timely ticket resolution, and maintaining high service standards as per defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend assigned service tickets within defined timelines (approx. 1 hour per ticket)
- Ensure completion of tasks as per SLA and KPI guidelines (VOR, service quality, etc.)
- Travel across assigned pin codes for service/delivery operations
- Maintain proper communication with the reporting manager and support team
- Follow company protocols, uniform, and branding guidelines at all times
- Ensure safe handling of tools and equipment provided
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above
- Prior field work experience is preferred (Freshers can also apply)
- Good communication and basic problem-solving skills
Working Hours:
- 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Flexible based on operational requirements)
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 (In-hand)
- Travel Allowance: As per company policy
- Mobile Allowance: As per current norms
Vehicle Requirement:
- Mandatory 2-wheeler (Scooter/Bike)
- Valid Driving License
- Complete vehicle documents as per government norms
- Helmet is compulsory
