The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads
through high-volume cold calling, industry research, and plant-level contact mapping across
assigned industry verticals. The role focuses heavily on prospecting and appointment
generation to support the Industry Business Manager.
This is a hunter-oriented role requiring resilience, persistence, and strong communication
skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct 60–80 cold calls per day to industrial plants and contractors
Identify and map key decision-makers (Maintenance Heads, Shutdown Planners,
Project Managers, Safety Heads)
Build and maintain plant-level database across India
Track upcoming shutdowns, maintenance cycles, and new project development
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
