Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in email outreach, lead generation, database management, and executing email campaigns to generate quality business leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads through online platforms and databases.
- Build and maintain targeted email lists.
- Create, schedule, and execute email marketing and cold email campaigns.
- Write personalized email outreach messages to generate qualified leads.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and reply rates.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to deliver qualified leads.
- Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Ensure email deliverability and follow email marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience in email marketing and lead generation.
- Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, Zoho Campaigns, Instantly, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of cold email outreach, lead research, and email automation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
