Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and close software development projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, sales, and business development, with the ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads for web, mobile app, AI, ERP, CRM, and software development services.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Client Engagement
- Understand client business requirements and pain points.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings.
- Present company services and technology solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Sales & Business Development
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and negotiate contracts.
- Convert leads into paying customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Market Research
- Identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and customer requirements.
- Support expansion into GCC and international markets.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and closures.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
- Track sales performance against targets.
RequirementsEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT sales or software service sales.
- Knowledge of Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI, ERP, CRM, and SaaS solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
