Telecaller-EMI Recovery Executive
Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for the position of Tele caller-EMI Recovery Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for interacting with customers over the phone, handling sales-related calls, and following up with customers regarding pending EMI payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding sales and EMI payment follow-ups.
- Communicate with customers in Tamil and explain payment-related information clearly.
- Follow up with customers for pending EMI payments and repayment commitments.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls and follow-ups.
- Update customer information and payment status in the system.
- Build a good relationship with customers through effective communication.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned team when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Freshers and Experienced Candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil are mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable making outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated individuals are preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
