- Oversees internal processes, compliance, and management systems
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all department and operational process
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformities in fabrication processes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure traceability and documentation control for materials, welding consumables, and fabrication stages throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
- Train and guide shop floor personnel on quality standards, welding procedures, safety practices, and process improvements.
- Establishing, maintaining, and monitoring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory frameworks (like ISO 9001 or ISO 13485)
- Liaison & Reporting: Serving as the primary point of contact between departments, executives, and external auditors. Compile reports on performance and process efficiency
