Content Strategy & Calendar
– Own the BondScanner social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X —
planned 4 weeks out, executed with precision
– Develop platform-specific content strategies: LinkedIn for credibility and professional reach,
Instagram for visual storytelling, X for real-time market commentary
– Build content pillars (education, market insights, product features, community, culture) and
maintain the right mix across platforms
– Identify trending conversations in personal finance and investing and create timely, relevant
content that inserts BondScanner into the dialogue
Content Creation & Production
– Write sharp, platform-native copy for every post — not recycled long-form. Each post earns its
scroll-stop
– Brief the design team (or create your own using Canva/Figma) on carousel decks, infographics,
short-form videos, and static creatives
– Script and manage Reels/Shorts — from concept to shoot direction to editing brief — on topics like
'What is a bond?', 'Why bonds beat FDs right now', 'The debt market in 60 seconds'
– Repurpose long-form content (blogs, webinars, CEO interviews) into snackable social formats
without losing the insight
Community & Engagement
– Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in real time — with a human voice, not templated
replies
– Build relationships with financial creators, personal finance influencers, and investor communities
on each platform
– Identify and manage UGC (user-generated content) opportunities — testimonials, investor stories,
re-shares
– Monitor brand mentions, competitor activity, and sector conversations and flag key signals to the marketing team weekly
Analytics & Optimisation
– Track and report weekly on reach, engagement rate, follower growth, link clicks, and post-level performance across all platforms
– Run structured content experiments — test different formats, hooks, posting times, and CTAs — and kill what does not work
– Use insights to continuously refine the content strategy, not just report numbers
– Maintain a performance dashboard the team can access in real time (native analytics or a tool like Sprout Social/Buffer)
Compliance & Brand Voice
– Ensure all social content complies with SEBI regulations on investment communication — no unverified claims, no misleading returns language
– Maintain consistency with BondScanner's brand voice across every post, reply, and story
– Coordinate with the compliance team for approval on any campaign or product-specific content before publishing
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
– 2–4 years managing social media for a D2C, fintech, or consumer brand — not an agency
– Portfolio of social content you are genuinely proud of — we will ask to see it
– Strong copywriting instincts: you know what makes a hook land and what makes a caption
forgettable
– Hands-on with Canva, Figma, or equivalent — you should be able to produce a clean carousel without waiting for design
– Comfort with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Twitter Analytics,
Sprout/Buffer)
– Understanding of personal finance, investing, or financial products — you do not need to be a CFA, but you need to read Mint
– Experience working under compliance constraints is a strong plus
Pay: ₹9,980.18 - ₹35,749.84 per month
