About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Marketing & Business Development Intern to support our sales and marketing initiatives. The intern will assist in generating leads, communicating with potential clients, conducting market research, creating marketing campaigns, and helping expand our business presence in domestic and international markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through online platforms, social media, cold outreach, and networking.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential customers.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with lead and client information.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Digital Marketing
- Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and improve brand visibility.
- Create engaging content for posts, blogs, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Support SEO, SEM, and online advertising activities.
Market Research
- Research industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing, lead generation tools, and email marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
- Understanding of the IT industry, software development, or technology services is a plus.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related fields.
- Freshers and students looking to gain practical industry experience are encouraged to apply.
