About BLACKBULL Group
BLACKBULL Group is expanding its Corporate Finance and Investment Division to develop a strong fundraising and capital advisory platform serving corporate and project-based clients across India.
We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Consultant with proven practical expertise in arranging and executing financing transactions. The selected professional will work across sectors including infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, renewable energy, logistics, hospitality, and MSMEs.
This position requires a professional who can independently identify funding sources, structure transactions, engage lenders and investors, negotiate financing terms, and drive transactions toward financial closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies for corporate and project-based clients.
- Arrange Project Finance, Property Finance, Institutional Finance, Working Capital, Term Loans, and Structured Debt.
- Establish and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, investment funds, family offices, private equity funds, venture capital firms, and corporate investors.
- Identify appropriate funding sources based on project feasibility, financial requirements, risk profile, and repayment capacity.
- Prepare and review financial models, business plans, Information Memorandums (IMs), project reports, investment proposals, lender presentations, and funding documentation.
- Manage the complete fundraising cycle from mandate acquisition and financial structuring through due diligence, sanction, documentation, and financial closure.
- Negotiate financing structures, commercial terms, securities, collateral, repayment schedules, and other transaction requirements.
- Conduct financial feasibility, project viability, debt-servicing, credit, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with promoters, CFOs, CAs, CS professionals, legal teams, valuation experts, engineers, and financial consultants.
- Coordinate lender and investor due diligence and ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance requirements.
- Develop long-term funding partnerships with banks and financial institutions.
- Arrange equity, strategic investment, debt, bridge finance, mezzanine finance, and hybrid financing structures, where appropriate.
- Support business expansion financing, refinancing, acquisition financing, takeover funding, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale capital deployment projects.
- Maintain and manage an active fundraising pipeline and ensure transaction milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client, investor, financial, and transaction-related information.

Eligibility & Experience
- 7–15+ years of relevant professional experience in fundraising, project finance, investment banking, corporate finance, institutional finance, banking, lending, or financial advisory.
- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, CMA, Company Secretary, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of banking procedures, lending frameworks, financial structuring, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Existing professional relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, investment funds, family offices, or institutional investors will be a significant advantage.
- Candidates must demonstrate practical transaction experience and the ability to execute fundraising mandates, not merely theoretical knowledge.

Performance Expectations
The selected professional will be expected to:
- Successfully develop and execute fundraising mandates for multiple corporate projects.
- Identify and secure suitable institutional and private funding sources.
- Build and expand BLACKBULL's nationwide network of lenders and investors.
- Develop strategic relationships with banks, NBFCs, funds, and institutional capital providers.
- Achieve agreed fundraising and transaction-closure targets.
- Manage financing transactions from initial proposal through sanction, documentation, and disbursement.
- Generate sustainable long-term financing relationships for BLACKBULL's clients.
- Deliver transactions within agreed timelines and maintain professional standards throughout the fundraising process.
