Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle Forms & Reports (12c/19c).
- Develop and optimize SQL, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and Pro*C programs.
- Enhance and modernize existing applications to improve functionality, usability, and performance.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement sustainable solutions.
- Create and maintain Oracle database objects including tables, views, indexes, sequences, and triggers.
- Develop interactive reports, dashboards, charts, and data visualization solutions.
- Manage application deployments and migrations across Development, Test, and Production environments.
- Analyze and tune SQL queries, Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL code to maximize application performance.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and deliver high-quality applications.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, support documentation, and user guides.
- Support mission-critical manufacturing and business systems that require high availability and reliability.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Forms & Reports application development.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Developer 12c/19c and Oracle Database 12c/19c.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Database architecture and performance optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL code.
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate certification.
- Experience migrating Oracle Forms applications across versions (Developer 2000, 6i, 10g, 11g, 12c, and 19c).
- Pro*C programming experience.
- Knowledge of XML development and integration.
- Experience with OBIEE, Oracle Analytics, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Understanding of Responsive UI design and Oracle Theme Roller customization.
- Exposure to application modernization and integration with web-based technologies.
