Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries for domestic and international flight bookings.
- Issue, modify, and cancel tickets through GDS (Global Distribution Systems) or airline portals.
- Assist clients in selecting flights based on their schedule and budget.
- Ensure accuracy in booking details such as passenger names, travel dates, and flight itineraries.
- Provide guidance on baggage policies, airline regulations, and travel requirements.
- Handle refunds and rescheduling requests efficiently.
- Stay updated with airline policies, fare changes, and promotions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving any issues or concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (travel/tourism preferred).
- Experience in ticketing and GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of airline rules and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
