Job Profile: Office Admin / Receptionist
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and emails.
- Maintain the reception area and visitor gate pass.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle office documentation and filing systems.
- Maintain employee attendance records and office registers.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Order and manage office supplies and stationery.
- Keeping tack of Utility bills and Payment
- Facility managment
- Office boys monitoring
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English (Thoda), Hindi, Marathi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Outlook).
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Time management and attention to detail.Typical Qualifications
- 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
