Job Summary
The Academic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with universities, colleges, and academic institutions. The role involves ensuring successful execution of academic programs, coordinating with institutional stakeholders, driving student engagement, and identifying opportunities for expanding collaborations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university leadership, faculty members, placement officers, and training & placement teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned academic institutions.
- Conduct regular review meetings with partner institutions to ensure successful program delivery.
Program Execution
- Coordinate the implementation of internships, certifications, training programs, workshops, hackathons, and other academic initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution of project milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve program outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with academic leaders to understand institutional needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Facilitate communication between institutions and internal departments.
- Organize campus visits, faculty interactions, and partnership review meetings.
Growth & Expansion
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and introduce new programs.
- Support the business development team in renewing and upselling institutional engagements.
- Contribute to achieving partnership growth and revenue targets.
Student & Faculty Success
- Monitor student participation, completion rates, and feedback.
- Work with faculty coordinators to improve adoption and impact of programs.
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction among institutional stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and program progress.
- Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
- Track key account metrics and partnership outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 2–6 years of experience in account management, university relations, academic partnerships, customer success, or business development.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
