Sales Coordinator – Lead Generation & Business Development
Location: Calicut, Kerala (Office Based)
About the Company
Future Vision Communications LLC is a leading UAE-based ELV, ICT, Security, Surveillance, and Technology Solutions company. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our UAE sales operations through lead generation, customer follow-up, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and online research.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and pending opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to generate repeat business and identify new opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate between customers, Sales Team, Presales Team, and Management.
- Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and customer databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Ensure all enquiries and quotations are properly tracked and followed up until closure.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Telemarketing, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong customer interaction, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Email Communication, and CRM software.
- Experience in UAE market customer coordination will be an added advantage.
