Job Title: Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician / Maintenance EngineerJob Summary
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician/Engineer to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum equipment uptime, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on industrial machines.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment issues before failures occur.
- Install, align, and commission new machinery and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (basic knowledge preferred).
- Replace defective machine components and ensure proper machine calibration.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and company maintenance standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Suggest improvements to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial machine maintenance (manufacturing experience preferred).
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use measuring instruments and maintenance tools.
- Basic understanding of PLCs, motors, drives, and control systems is an advantage.

- Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen.
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in industrial environments.
- Willingness to respond to emergency maintenance calls.
