Key Responsibilities
- Line clearance before batch initiation and after batch completion
- In-process checks during manufacturing and packing activities
- Monitoring of dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, filling, and packing activities
- Verification of batch manufacturing and batch packing records
- Sampling of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Monitoring compliance with cGMP, GDP, and SOP requirements
- Handling deviations, change controls, and incident reporting
- Ensuring proper documentation and data integrity practices
- Coordination with Production, QC, and Warehouse departments
- Monitoring environmental and hygiene practices in production areas
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation processes
- Strong understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in shifts and handle shop floor activities
Preference
- Candidates having experience in tablet and capsule formulation plants will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
