Think Brick is an architecture, interior design, and construction firm based in Coimbatore. We handle end to end delivery for high end residences, commercial spaces, and large scale developments across Tamil Nadu. Our sites are where design meets reality, and we need a strong site engineer to make sure that happens the right way.
The Role
You'll be the person on the ground making sure our projects get built to spec, on time, and to the quality we've promised our clients. This is a hands on role. You'll be at the site every day, coordinating labour, working with contractors, and solving problems as they come up. You'll be the direct link between the design office and what actually gets constructed.
What You'll Do
Supervise day to day site activities across ongoing residential, commercial, and high rise projects. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams to keep work moving on schedule. Interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings and ensure they're executed correctly on site. Conduct regular quality checks at every stage, from foundation and structure to finishing and interiors. Maintain daily site reports, work progress logs, and material consumption records. Coordinate material deliveries and manage on site inventory. Enforce safety standards and housekeeping at all times. Raise issues early such as design conflicts, material shortages, or contractor delays, and work with the project team to resolve them. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
What We're Looking For
Civil engineering qualification (degree or diploma) with strong hands on site experience. Proven experience supervising residential, commercial, or high rise construction projects. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and interior drawings. Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and workmanship standards. Comfortable managing contractors and labour teams. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. Willingness to be at the site full time and travel across project locations in Tamil Nadu. Strong problem solving skills and a no excuses approach to execution. Tamil and English fluency.
