Ricolex Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team at our Nanjangud, Mysore location. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HR compliance, recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, PF, ESI, and statutory records.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR activities and supporting the company’s manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage recruitment for office staff, sales executives, factory staff, workers, drivers, and other company requirements.
Handle end-to-end hiring process including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, joining documents, ID proof, appointment letters, attendance, leave records, and HR files.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and salary processing details.
Handle statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, labour records, and other HR compliance requirements.
Support employee onboarding, induction, employee communication, and HR policy implementation.
Maintain discipline, attendance follow-up, shift coordination, and employee grievance support.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning, employee requirements, and HR reports.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll, attendance, recruitment, and HR compliance.
Experience in manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation skills.
Ability to handle employees, workers, and field staff professionally.
Knowledge of Kannada and English is preferred. Hindi will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in HR.
Should have practical experience in HR compliance.
Should be responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
Immediate joiners or candidates from Mysore/Nanjangud nearby areas will be preferred.
