Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead QI Spine’s patient acquisition engine by scaling digital marketing efforts across paid channels and driving qualified leads for clinic visits. This is a high-impact role requiring strong analytical rigor, hands-on campaign management expertise, and a performance-first mindset.
You will own end-to-end planning, execution, optimization, budget management, and ROI reporting across all digital performance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Performance Marketing
- Manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), Meta Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
- Drive qualified patient leads and optimize campaigns for maximum conversion efficiency
- Plan and manage campaign budgets while ensuring optimal channel allocation and ROI
Campaign Optimization & Analytics
- Track and optimize key performance metrics including CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Conduct daily performance monitoring and campaign optimization to improve efficiency and scale
- Build data-driven insights and reporting dashboards for leadership review
A/B Testing & Growth Experiments
- Execute structured A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, audience cohorts, bidding strategies, and geographies
- Continuously experiment with new growth opportunities to improve conversion performance
Creative & Conversion Collaboration
- Work closely with content, design, and medical teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
- Ensure all digital assets are conversion-focused, patient-friendly, and aligned with brand communication
Local SEO & Integrated Marketing
- Optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles, local SEO initiatives, and online reputation management
- Collaborate with offline marketing teams on BTL activities, referral programs, and institutional partnerships for integrated patient acquisition
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
